1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Note: We do not accept returns for items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging (unless damaged/defective on arrival).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used ink and toner cartridges.
- Products not purchased directly from https://inkprint-office.com.
- Digital/downloadable goods (if any).
- Orders returned beyond the 7-day return window.
- Clearance or final sale items (if specified).
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@inkprint-office.com with the following details:
· Order number
· Reason for return
· Clear images of the product (in case of damage or wrong item)
Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping
· If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
· If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect address provided, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@inkprint-office.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
1. Recheck your bank account or payment method.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing delays may occur.

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If shipped, you may follow the return procedure once the product is delivered.
